Frank Monahan, Author & Publisher will be presenting a free seminar on October 2^nd at two Virginia Beach libraries, about the Pro’s and Con’s of Traditional vs Independent Publishing.

The first seminar will at the Princess Anne Area Library at 10am and the second seminar will be at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library Auditorium at 2pm.
